Client - Pastis brasserie in Mortsel, Antwerp. A restaurant named after the product of Pastis 51.
Story - Tradition & cuisine: Pastis opened in 2005 and serves an authentic yet modern French Brasserie fare, with an addition of Eastern inspired dishes. It's about a classic cuisine with fresh and seasonal products. Fresh, tasty and well balanced dishes with much care for ingredients and presentation. It is located in an old house in the middle of a quiet neighbourhood.
